Scramble for Scholarships

The 12th annual “LDS Scramble for Scholarships” golf event is being held on Thursday, May 24th.

More than 50 scholarships are expected to be made to Western Washington LDS college students attending many different colleges and universities. You are invited to donate to LDS Scholarships or play in the golf event which is the primary fundraiser for this fund.

We strongly encourage people to register as foursomes. For questions about sponsoring or registration, please contact Douglas Bean. Play will again be at the acclaimed Golf Course at Redmond Ridge (www.redmondridgegolf.com). With a nearly full slate of sponsors we have limited room for foursome hosts….please sign up quickly.

We realize this is more about the giving than it is the game. We appreciate your generosity as every $1,000 donated helps one more student!

Time – May 24th, 2012. Event opens at 10:30 with a shotgun start at 12:30.
Place – The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge

Cost for individuals, sponsors, corporate sponsors, etc.

• $400 – Individual Players
• $1000 – Foursome Hosts
• $2,500 – Foursome Sponsor
• $6,000 – Benefactor Sponsor
• $10,000 – Visionary Sponsor

The golf tournament is the primary source for fundraising for over 50 scholarships awarded each year to Western Washington LDS students attending 2 and 4yr school programs. These scholarships are awarded based upon need and merit. On tournament day, you can expect an Outback catered meal and the always popular Taylor Made Tent.
